Warranty duration

When selling to companies (business-to-business), different rules apply than under consumer law and the legal warranty of (at least) 2 years does not apply. All our products have a minimum manufacturer's warranty of 1 year. Some products have a longer warranty, such as 2, 3 or 5 years. This always depends on the brand of the products. The warranty period is stated on the product information page.

Returns for consumers

An ordered item can in some cases be returned if the Distance Selling Act applies. This law is intended for transactions between consumers and companies. This cannot be invoked for business orders.

Send us a return request via the return form and complete it completely. After receiving your request you will receive a response from our customer service on workdays within 5 workdays.

Returned items will not be taken back if:

• The item is not in the original packaging
• The item has been used or the protective film has been removed
• The item has been specially ordered or made for you

Conditions return shipments

• The article to be returned must be returned to us within 7 days of registration and received by us
• The return shipment must be provided with the order or invoice number of the order
• The return shipment must be sent to the address provided by us
• The return shipment must be prepaid.
• The risk of the return shipment lies with the person who returns the shipment

Returns for business customers

We only take back items if they are unopened and in the original packaging. When returning items, up to 35 percent of the total purchase amount can be charged. Any shipping costs incurred or to be incurred will also not be reimbursed. Therefore pay attention to what you order, pay attention to the size, weight and dimensions of the products. If something is unclear, please contact our customer service.
